We provide on-demand support for all of the devices you use to do business every day, from mobile to desktop. We also offer automated services to help prevent problems from happening in the first place. Examples of this include data-backup, memory usage, anti-virus scans. Fixt offers a complete solution to proactively maintaining your devices and responding to errors.

What if I already have internal technical support staff?
Fixt will work alongside any internal or contracted IT team. We’re here to enhance current IT capabilities, not replace them. Does Fixt offer on-site services and support?
While Fixt does not directly offer on-site services, we have partnered with IT providers to meet your support needs. Through these collaborations Fixt can assist with on-site support. Our partner organization in New York’s Capital Region is the Saratoga Technology Accelerator.
I do business nationally and internationally. Can I still get support?
Absolutely. You need only a phone or an Internet connection, anywhere in the world, and we can assist you from wherever you are.
What if I have network or technical problems after business hours or over the weekend?
Immediate help is available online from 7am to 7pm EST. We are also accessible beyond those hours, with a 30-minute response time
I have some privacy concerns about remote access. Can you address this?
Fixt has the ability to log in to your business’ computers in order to resolve issues faster and more efficiently. Fixt will never access a device without explicit consent. We also have computer reports to check for things like memory usage, software updates, and virus protection software. However, Fixt is NOT able to see email, websites, or any of your work.
